Diablab Lake
Diablab Lake is situated within a kilometre from Banswara in Rajasthan. The lake was named so due to the beauty and grace that the lotuses growing in it water spread all around. A portion of the lake is covered with lotuses, thus, making it charming to behold. Badal Mahal, an ornate summer residence of the local erstwhile kings and the members of their family is located on the banks of the lake.
Visitors are free to visit this lake site for a picnic and even opt for a boat ride to explore the lake. Like any lake in Rajasthan, even Diablab Lake has a few holy shrines at its bank. A temple of Hanuman and Lord Krishna are located at the lake bank. Both these shrines have become very popular in the recent times for their power to fill the mind of the devotee with spiritual energies and positivity.
There is greenery around this lake site which makes it a favourable place for the locals to come for a refreshing morning walk. Banswara is a quiet but historical destination, and if you are up for an enriching experience, it should be added to your travel bucket list.
