What we collect

When you make an enquiry through this website, we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you provide. When you stay with us, we collect the identification details required by law, including Form C details for foreign nationals.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to manage your booking and stay, and to meet our legal obligations as a hotel in India. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Website analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read. This records aggregate information such as page views, approximate region and device type. It does not identify you personally.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. Guest registration records are kept for the period required by Indian law.

Sharing

We share guest information with government authorities only where the law requires it — most commonly the Bureau of Immigration for Form C reporting. We do not share it with anyone else.
