Entirely vegetarian, by choice
The restaurant opened in 2003, the same year as the hotel, and it has been pure vegetarian every day since. That was a decision, not a constraint — and more than twenty years later it is the thing our regulars are most loyal to.
The menu runs from Rajasthani dishes through standard North Indian to continental. Breakfast starts at 7:00 AM. Lunch service begins at 11:00 AM and the kitchen takes its last order at 10:45 PM.
You do not need to be staying at the hotel to eat here, and you do not need a reservation for a normal-sized table. For a group, call ahead and we will keep space.

Is the restaurant pure vegetarian?
Yes. The restaurant has been entirely pure vegetarian since it opened in 2003, the same year as the hotel. Non-vegetarian food may not be brought onto the premises.

Open every day from 7:00 AM to 10:45 PM. Breakfast is served from opening, and lunch service begins at 11:00 AM.
Can I eat here without staying at the hotel?
Yes. The restaurant is open to everyone, not only hotel guests. You do not need a reservation for a normal-sized table.

One hundred. For a large group it is worth calling ahead so we can keep space together.

Rajasthani, North Indian and continental, all vegetarian. If you are here for one meal and cannot decide, order a thali.
