Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability on the day and may be chargeable.
Rates and taxes
All rates shown on this website are per room, per night, and are exclusive of GST. GST is charged at the rate applicable on the date of stay. Rates are indicative and may change; the rate confirmed at the time of booking is the rate that applies.
Bookings
We do not operate an online booking engine. Bookings are made by telephone or WhatsApp and are confirmed by us directly. A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed it to you.
Identification
Valid photo identification is required from every adult guest at check-in, as required by law. Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details for Form C reporting — see our Form C page.
Guest conduct
The hotel and restaurant are entirely vegetarian, and non-vegetarian food may not be brought onto the premises. We ask guests to be considerate of others, particularly at night. We reserve the right to decline service.
Banquet and event bookings
Event bookings are subject to a separate written arrangement covering dates, guest numbers, catering and payment terms. Capacity figures given on this website are indicative; the confirmed capacity for your event will be set out in that arrangement.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Please use the front desk for anything valuable rather than leaving it in the room.
